Ombar Organic Coco Almond Chocolate 60% 70g is made using the finest-flavoured unroasted Ecuadorian cacao and nutty almond pieces.
They keep their cacao unroasted to preserve the heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), ensuring their chocolate stays nutrient-rich and full of flavour, as nature intended.
