Organic Kamut Flakes are perfect in muesli mixes or porridge variations.

Organic Kamut Flakes are made from the ancient Kamut Grain which is part of the wheat family.  Kamut gives a rich flavour and dense nutrition to your breakfast.

These flakes are easy to combine with other grains such as oats to create a tasty, nutrient rich variation on your usual breakfast bowl.  They cook into a lovely rich porridge which is a perfect base for fresh fruit.

Kamut is actually a trademarked name of khorosan wheat.  It has been controlled in this way because it is such a unique ancient variety of wheat that it can only bear the kamut name if it strictly meets the requirements of this special grain.

To be called Organic Kamut, the product must:

• Be ancient Khorasan Wheat and not the product of any breeding.
• Be certified Organic.
• Be 99% free of contamination from modern wheat.
• It must contain 12-18% protein.
