Description

Organic Pumpkin Seeds are popular for their pungent flavour.

Organic Pumpkin Seeds are a great addition to any store cupboard.  These nutrient dense seeds are high in zinc which can be harder to obtain from a plant based diet.  They can be sprinkled whole or ground on to sweet and savoury dishes and their fresh, nutty taste makes them a popular choice.

These seeds are nutritious as well as tasty and they boast a range of nutrients such as zinc which can be harder to find in plant based foods.

Just one 30g serving is high in

  • Protein
  • Magnesium
  • Phosphorus
  • Manganese
  • Iron
  • Copper
  • and a source of Fibre, Vitamin K and Zinc.

The more green and plump pumpkin seeds are, the more tasty and nutritious they become. Organic, freshly packed pumpkin seeds like these really do taste exceptional.  They are a really versatile seed which can be used in sweet and savoury dishes.  If you need a recipe to get you started then try this Five Seed Oatcakes Recipe.
