Garlic and Kale Pasta Recipe

Add the plant-based meat to a pan with the olive oil and cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
Chop the shallots, add to the pan and season generously with salt and pepper.
Finely chop the garlic and chilli. Lightly crush the fennel seeds.
Add all to the pan and continue to cook for another 5 minutes whilst stirring regularly.
Next, remove the stems from the kale. Cook in boiling salted water, drain and roughly chop then add to the pan.
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions, drain and add as well.
Finally, grate the cheese and add along with the basil and pine nuts.
Mix well and serve.
