RESPONSIBILITIES
ā¢ Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment.
ā¢ Production Quotas: Assist in producing production targets and ensure they align with business requirements.
ā¢ Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and prevent shortages.
ā¢ Sales: Process orders, manage inquiries
ā¢ Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance.
ā¢ Quality Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of quality control documents to meet compliance standards.
ā¢ Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimise workflow.
REQUIREMENTS
ā¢ Education: Minimum of a bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
ā¢ Experience: Prior experience in operations, logistics, sales support, or a similar role is advantageous.
ā¢ Experience in the food industry an advantage
ā¢ Skills & Competencies:
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with order management and ecommerce systems
o A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong work ethic.
