Ombar Centres Raspberry & Coconut Chocolate is rich, creamy 60% dark chocolate with a zingy raspberry centre made with the finest-flavoured unroasted Ecuadorian cacao.
Ombar keep their cacao unroasted to preserve the heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), ensuring the chocolate stays nutrient-rich and full of flavour, as nature intended.
Ombar only source cacao from cooperatives owned by farmers growing a variety of crops, never large monoculture plantations.
