Ombar Organic Dark Chocolate 90% is ideal for real chocolate lovers. It contains Nacional Arriba cacao sourced from Ecuador, combined with just 10% coconut sugar for a subtle sweetness, whilst still maintaining the richness of the bar and resulting in a smooth, melt away experience.
Ombar keep their cacao unroasted to preserve the heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), ensuring their chocolate stays nutrient-rich and full of flavour, as nature intended.
