Organic Atlantic Dulse – Dried Sea Vegetable
Purple-red in colour, Dulse is one of the Atlantic’s most popular sea vegetables. Its soft texture and naturally savoury umami taste makes it an appetising addition to a plethora of dishes including salads, soups and stir-fries. It can be dry roasted or lightly fried after reconstituting and used to add an extra layer of flavour to your meals or used as a garnish.

How to Use
Requires prior hydration and/or boiling. Without prior preparation it can be ground with mortar and pestle and then it can be used as a condiment and baked as an appetizer. To prepare, simply wash and soak in cold water for approx. 10 minutes. Drain well and rinse briefly before chopping and adding to your meal. Preparation of soups, scrambles, croquettes, pies, rice and pasta.
