Description

Organic Broccoli Powder is a great way to get the kids to eat their greens.

Broccoli is a highly nutritious green vegetable. Our organic broccoli powder can be conveniently used to make smoothies or green pancakes for a quick nutritious hit.

Lets face it, no one likes to to chew on a raw broccoli stalk. Our broccoli powder has been made by drying the whole stem and buds and then grinding them in to a powder retaining all of those wonderful vitamins and minerals.

Broccoli is a good source of fibre and protein, and contains iron, potassium, calcium, selenium and magnesium. Broccoli also contains vitamins A, C, E, K and a variety of B vitamins including folic acid.

Green smoothies are a great way to enjoy this product. We find that broccoli powder goes well with sweet fruits such as apples, apricot and pineapple.
