Our organic freeze dried wild blueberry powder is produced by freeze drying fresh ripe organic wild blueberries / bilberries (European blueberry) and then grinding them into a powder.
Organic wild blueberry powder is full of powerful antioxidants, including resveratrol and anthocyanins. This nutrient rich fruit powder is freeze dried to retain both nutrients and flavour and has a vibrant purple colour which makes it great to use in drinks and desserts.
Our blueberry powder is easy to mix into water or juice for a quick nutritional fix. Experiment with desserts by adding this instant purple colour to any recipe.
