Our organic potato flakes are made by boiling, mashing and then drying choice organic potatoes. Our dehydrated potatoes are GMO free as standard with all Soil Association organic products, ecologically grown and additive free.

Bodger and Badger eat your heart out,  these potato flakes are ideal for making creamy mashed potato, delicious soups, Gnocchi, potato pancakes and a whole lot more.

Cooking Instructions

Ingredients (3 servings)

240ml water

Pinch of Forest Whole Foods Sea Salt

1 1/2 tablespoons of butt or olive oil

120ml milk, mylk or water

60g Forest Whole Foods Organic Potato Flakes

Method

  1. Add 240ml water, salt, butter or oil to a pan and bring to the boil
  2. Turn off heat and add in 120ml milk, mylk or water
  3. stir in the potato flakes and stir well.
  4. Leave for 30 seconds to hydrate.
  5. If required add a little mylk, milk, water to get the desired texture.

Storage

For optimum freshness keep in a cool place away from moisture and direct sunlight.  Store in a tightly sealed bag or container.
