Our Organic Tremella Powder is made from the fruiting body of the Tremella fuciformis mushroom – also known as the “snow fungus” or “beauty mushroom.” Traditionally used in Chinese herbal practices for centuries, tremella is valued for its unique jelly-like texture, subtle flavour, and impressive nutritional profile.
This fine, off-white powder blends easily into drinks and recipes, making it a simple way to add a nourishing touch to your daily routine.
Tremella powder has a very mild taste, so it’s easy to mix into: Hot drinks like teas, matcha or mushroom coffee blends, smoothies and juices, porridge, overnight oats or yoghurt, soups and broths for a gentle thickening effect, raw energy balls or homemade bars
Start with 1/2 teaspoon per serving and adjust as needed.
