Organic White Jasmine Rice is a wonderfully fragrant speciality rice.  Jasmine rice has a firm texture and the smell is sweet and floral.  It is named after the fragrant jasmine flower.

This fragrant rice also delivers on flavour and it goes well in a wide range of dishes.   White Jasmine Rice has been milled to reveal the soft white middle which is perfect for soaking up rich sauces while offering a delicate flavour of its own.  One 90g serving is a source of Thiamin (B1), Folate and Manganese.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice a few times
  2. Soak overnight if you have time.
  3. Combine two parts rice to one part fresh water in a pan.
  4. Cover and cook rice until all water has been absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes.
  6. Lightly fork the grains and serve.


For optimum freshness keep in a cool place away from moisture and direct sunlight.  Store in a tightly sealed bag or container.


Family Tips

  1. White rice is softer and more absorbent so goes really well with curries and chilli hot pots.
  2. Jasmine rice is so delicious that its a shame not to enjoy its flavour – we try not to drown it in sauce.
