Organic wholewheat spaghetti is made using whole durum wheat semolina. Wholewheat contains the hull so is higher in a range of nutrients. Wholewheat can also be referred to as ‘wholemeal’ or ‘wholegrain’.

Wholewheat spaghetti cooks quickly and is perfect for a range of sauces, especially rich tomato and basil dishes.  This wholewheat pasta will give you a great result and add to the nutritional content of the dish.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring pan of water to the boil
  2. Add spaghetti and salt to taste.
  3. Cook until preferred texture. Cook for less time make al dente.
  4. Drain immediately and serve.

Storage

For optimum freshness keep in a cool place away from moisture and direct sunlight.  Store in a tightly sealed bag or container.
