Gluten Free Organic Buckwheat Flakes can be used in a range of recipes including biscuits, muffins and cakes.  The most simple place to start is buckwheat flake porridge.  Simply combine all the ingredients in a pan and warm gently until you have  a soft porridge-like consistency.
