Ombar Centres Coconut & Vanilla Chocolate is a rich, creamy 60% chocolate with a deliciously sweet coconut and vanilla centre. It is made with the finest-flavoured Ecuadorian cacao.
Ombar keep their cacao unroasted to preserve the heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), ensuring the chocolate stays nutrient-rich and full of flavour, as nature intended.
Ombar only source cacao from cooperatives owned by farmers growing a variety of crops, never large monoculture plantations.
The finest Madagascan vanilla – not any of the nasty synthetic stuff. They use natural organic extracts which is taken straight from the pods.
Ingredients: Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Unroasted Cacao, Organic Creamed Coconut (21%), Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Sheanut Butter, Organic Coconut Flour, Organic Vanilla Extract (0.4%).
