Premium Organic Freeze Dried Cranberry Powder
It takes approximately 8kg of organic cranberries to produce 1kg of our organic freeze dried cranberry powder. It is produced by freeze drying organic cranberries and then milling into a powder. It does not contain additives, artificial sweeteners or any nasties.
Cranberries are bursting with many beneficial nutrients and minerals including vitamin C, Manganese, Vitamin E, Vitamin K1 and Copper. They are also high in antioxidants particularly flavanol and polyphenols. Much of the nutrients are concentrated in the skin of the cranberries so are abundant in this organic cranberry powder.
It is a really versatile product and can be used in cooking, baking, deserts, smoothies, and much more.
