Organic Black Peppercorns give a vibrant kick to any meal.

Who doesn’t love freshly ground pepper?  Organic Black peppercorns can be added straight to meals whole if you like a punch.  For a more even flavour you can grind them freshly in a pestle and mortar or  grinder.

Black Pepper is such a staple ingredient in households but its amazing nutritional content is often overlooked.  We add organic cracked black pepper to almost every meal.  If you use black pepper and oil with organic turmeric powder at the end of cooking then it helps to release the curcumin from the turmeric.

Organic black peppercorns are very versatile, adding a richness to meals and a spicy kick if you use enough! If you prefer to freshly grind your pepper yourself then go for these whole peppercorns but if you prefer it ready ground then try our organic cracked black pepper.

Storage

For optimum freshness keep in a cool place away from moisture and direct sunlight.  Store in a tightly sealed bag or container.

Family Tip:

  1. Add a little black pepper, oil and turmeric to a dish at the end of cooking to release the active ingredient in turmeric ‘curcumin’ and make it more bioavailable.
  2. Pass on the grinder and put the pepper straight in the pestle and mortar for lovely large chunks.
