Organic Whole Durum Wheat Semolina Flour
Organic and whole durum wheat flour has less elasticity and more plasticity than all purpose flour making it the head honcho of pasta making. This durum wheat semolina flour is produced on millstones and contains the whole grain. It can be used for those thick and rugged pasta shapes such as fusilli, fettuccine and tagliatelle.
Alternatively, the Italian-style flour can be used for anything from delicious sour dough flat breads to moreish Moroccan couscous.

Organic Pasta Recipe
Quick, tasty, and made with love. This pasta recipe uses high-quality durum wheat semolina for a perfect bite every time. Great for busy weeknights or lazy Sunday cravings.
- Add 250g organic durum wheat flour to a bowl.
- Make a well and add 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and salt to taste.
- Combine well with a fork.
- Knead for 3 minutes until you have created a compact dough ball.
- Cover and rest for 30 minutes
- Roll out into a thin rectangle
- Then roll the rectangle up into a tube
- Cut 1cm slices off the tube
- Cooking time for this pasta is approx. 6-8 minutes in boiling water.
