Organic Grade AAA Pumpkin Seeds are a rich source of nutrition.  They are high in vitamin K, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Copper and Manganese. They are a source of Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Folate (B9) and Potassium.
