Our organic hemp flour is produced by cold pressing the seeds and extracting the oil and then mechanically grinding and sieving the remaining press cake. No thermal or chemical treatment involved.

Hemp contains omega 3, 6 and 9 essentials fats in a perfect balance so this flour is a great addition to any recipe.  The protein in hemp flour is highly digestible and its dense nutrient profile makes it a complete protein containing all the essential amino acids as well as a host of other vital nutrients.
