Organic puffed brown rice is made through mixing organic brown rice flour and water into a dough and then pushing the batter through a narrow tube which puffs up the batter.
The result is a low calorie nutritious cereal base that you can bolster up with any of our delicious nut, dried fruit and superfood powder range. How about ingredients like organic goji berries, organic cacao nibs or toasted coconut chips for a sweet coconut chocolate flavour packed with antioxidants and nutrition.
This excellent product is a great way to enjoy all the nutrition of brown rice but in a breakfast cereal. It is also a great alternative to gluten based cereals. Our rice puffs can also be used to bake delicious energy balls, flapjacks and endless treats.
