Organic Dried Rosemary is a woody perennial herb which grows freely in Europe and is native to the Mediteranean region.  This fragrant herb has evergreen, needle-like leaves which are harvested and then dried naturally.

When it comes to nutrition herbs win hands down over other whole foods.  Rosemary is no exception boasting high levels of Vitamin C, B6, Calcium and Iron.  It is also rich in a unique range of essential oils which have been linked to a wide range of health benefits.

Although fresh Rosemary is very easy to grow in your garden, it is a great herb to have ready on the kitchen spice rack all year round.  It is a great addition to vegetable gravies and stews.
