Organic Tiger Nut Flour has nothing to do with tigers and is not made of nuts!

We love all things tiger nut and think you will too.  Organic tiger nut flour is simply ground down tiger nuts.  Tiger nuts are a nut-like snack which are actually a small root vegetable grown a bit like potatoes.  Just one 25g serving contains high levels of Fibre and is a source of Folate (B9), Vitamin E, Magnesium and Copper.

Tiger nut flour is a tasty and versatile way of getting the nutrition of tiger nuts into a range of meals and dishes.  It is milled down into a fine flour so it can be used in baking.  It combines well with other gluten free flours for tasty baked treats.
