Organic Garlic Powder adds instant flavour.

Organic Garlic Powder is simply made from fresh organic garlic cloves which are dried and ground down.  It tastes like garlic but has a slightly different tang to the fresh cloves and it blends easily.  This light yellow powder is a great addition to soups, stews and homemade seasonings.

If you love garlic then you will probably always have a good supply of fresh garlic at all times.  Although fresh garlic is wonderfully pungent and strong, it is sometimes time consuming to prepare and it doesn’t blend well into some textures.  Garlic powder still has a powerful kick and dry rubs into flour, blends easily into gravies and doesn’t burn quickly when used as a topping (e.g. garlic bread).  Powdered garlic is also useful when making quick dips as you can get an even flavour.

As well as being a great addition to lots of easy meals, garlic powder is rich in nutrients.  It is high in selenium, an important nutrient which contributes to normal thyroid function, immune system function and the maintenance of normal nails and hair.  It is also particularly high in B6 which contributes to normal functioning of the immune system, hormone function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
