Description
Organic Split Chickpeas (Chana Dal) are a perfect base for veggie curry.
If you haven’t tried organic split chickpeas (chana dal) you will be surprised at how easy they are to use. Whole chickpeas can take longer to prepare but this split version cooks down into a dal, making it a great alternative. Organic split chickpeas (chana dal) are actually brown chickpeas which have been split and skinned. They have a dense nutty flavour and a perfect base for soups, stews and dals.
