Organic wholemeal spelt flour makes a great soda bread
Organic wholemeal spelt flour is ground down from the whole grain and includes the wholesome wheat germ. Wholemeal flour contains more nutrients and fibre than white flour and is a more wholesome option. If you enjoy baking cakes and biscuits then this organic spelt flour can add some really nice flavour. Wholemeal flour makes denser, flavoursome bakes. It goes particularly well in banana cake and muffins.
You can mix this wholemeal flour with our strong white bread flour to make a really tasty bread. We recommend a mix of 50% to 50%.
