Marjoram is a perennial herb which is sensitive to the cold so prefers sunny climates.Ā The delicate top leaves are cut just before the organic marjoram plant flowers and then dried slowly to preserve the flavour.
If you like experimenting with flavours it goes particularly well with organic dried basil, thyme and rosemary and is a perfect addition to your own Italian spice mix.
