Description

Organic Green Gardak Raisins are juicy and succulent.

Organic Green Gardak Raisins are the most special variety of raisin.  These plump green raisins are a really delicious addition to any trail mix or dish.  We love these speciality raisins added to homemade muesli mixes for their chewy texture and their colour makes them stand out in any dish.

Raisins start off as grapes and are dried naturally in the sun to produce these tasty little treats.  These organically produced green raisins are not treated with sulphur-dioxide and are made from white grapes.  They can be used in so many ways and are a popular ingredient in sweet and savoury dishes to add natural sweetness.  They go really well in creamy curries and vibrant salads.  These raisins make a great garnish because they have a unique colour and great chewy texture.

We also stock organic thompson raisins and organic corinthian currants. If you want to try a mix of currants, sultanas and raisins for some variety try our organic mixed vine fruit combination.
