Description

Organic Desiccated Coconut is completely delicious.

We love all things coconut for their nutrition and delicious flavour.  If you are lucky enough to have travelled in Asia you will be very familiar with how versatile and tasty the coconut is.  Luckily we don’t have to travel far to find ‘coconutty’ things these days and organic desiccated coconut is a great high protein/good fat snack to have on the go.

Our organic desiccated coconut is made from the white flesh of the coconut, the coconut meat is shredded finely and dehydrated at low temperatures.  If you want larger pieces of coconut for your recipe you can choose our organic coconut chips.

If you like baking then desiccated coconut goes well in cakes and of course, macaroons!

Family Tip:

  1. We can’t help but love coconut cacao melts because they are rich in nutrients, healthy fats and are completely delicious and addictive.
  2. We also love a spoonful mixed into our porridge – it transports us to sunny climates when winter hits.
  3. If you are feeling like a sweet treat why not try these almond and coconut cookies?
  4. Don’t forget it makes great savoury dishes too, particularly curry!
