Organic Sultanas are a great natural sweetener.

Our sultanas are lightly dressed in organic sunflower oil to prevent clumping. Sultanas are a really delicious addition to baking recipes and are great for a simple snack.  Sultanas can be used in so many ways and are a popular ingredient in sweet and savoury dishes to add natural sweetness.  They are particularly good in fruit cake and scones.

They start off as grapes and are dried naturally to produce these tasty little treats.  There is not a huge difference between raisins, currants and sultanas – they simply come from slightly different grape varieties.  Sultanas are larger and lighter in colour – go with what you like best or try our mixed vine fruits so you don’t have to choose!

If you want to start using your sultanas but don’t know where to begin then why not try using them in this vegan granola bar recipe?
