Organic Red Lentil Flour is protein rich and grain free.

Organic Red Lentil Flour is a great start to sauces, gravies and bajhis, flatbreads and tortillas. It can used in both sweet and savour dishes. This nutty tasting flour can also be added to recipes which need thickening or binding. Red lentils are simply ground down in to flour with nothing else added. It is a perfect addition to vegetarian and vegan diets due to its dense nutritional profile.

Cooking Instructions

Gluten Free Organic Red Lentil Flatbread

  1. Add 200g of organic red lentil flour to a bowl.
  2. Add 310ml of water, add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Combine with a whisk and let sit for a few minutes until batter becomes thicker.
  4. Heat up frying pan and grease. Pour a 1/3 of the batter to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.


For optimum freshness keep in a cool place away from moisture and direct sunlight.  Store in a tightly sealed bag or container.
